Our curtains and blinds can be lined in the colour of your choice, properly weighted, and offered with matching accessories such as tie-backs, pelmets and all the fittings.

We can provide complete hanging systems including tracks and poles for any location, including some of the more difficult areas like bay windows.

Personal Service

We offer a FREE consultancy and estimating service either at your home or in our shop. We will help you select the right fabrics from our wide range that covers all tastes and budgets. If you have your own fabric already, we are very happy to use that, so that it complements your existing décor.

Our service also includes bringing wallpapers for you to select at home along with the fabric so that you can get exactly the look you want. Naturally, we also provide a full measuring and fitting service.

Everything is hand made in our workshop by experienced staff who make sure that everything is just right before your receive your order.

Reasonable Prices

Because everything is made on the premises, we can offer a very competitive range of prices. Hand made curtains and blinds are not as expensive as you may imagine, with making up prices start from just £50 for Roman blinds and curtaining from £25 per width.

Most of our lampshades are hand made to order, but we do have a range of shades that are available in the shop. Our designers can produce an infinite number of combinations of shape, size, style and colour so that we can create a truly unique effect for any location. We are happy to advise you on such details as sizing and suitability of styles and make suggestions on the best colours and trimming combinations. Lighting brings a warmth to any room so the right choice of lamps is vital.

C & R Lampshades hand craft lampshades from conception to finished product. In our dedicated frame workshop we can produce frames of nearly any size or shape imaginable. The shades are lined and can be covered in a wide range of materials including an extensive range of silks or we can use material provided by the customer.

The real benefit is that you can have a bespoke lampshade made for you on the premises at very reasonable prices, so that you can be sure of finding exactly the size and shape that you want.

Just near the lights on Molesworth Road you will find A&E Furniture Buyers and Sellers. Some of the goods will be out on the pavement during the summer so that you have a chance to see what has just come in. Stock changes daily so there is always something new to see.

If you are after a new table, a set of chairs, a 3 piece suite, bookcases or bedroom furniture for a really good price, then this is the place to start.

The range of fabrics is extensive and of course any fabrics that are not immediately available in the shop can be supplied within a few days from one of the many suppliers that Annterior uses.

Antique Furniture

If it is quality furniture that you are looking for, then there will certainly be something here to catch your eye. Stripped pine pieces and some that have been repainted in a ‘shabby-chic’ style are available at very reasonable prices.
